I think you may be correct,but nothing is a 100% sure.That said,I have always thought that Dundee and other institutional investors,are obviously aware the potential with WOF,or else they would not have bought all the shares of a penny stock,and then continue to hold then.I can invision Ned one day,discussing how Dundee stumbled on this company,while displaying a huge grin on his face.
