I SEE WHAT HAPPENED " Sirously " ... I see what happened. It was trading everything at .035 cents. Then they dumped some and filled the .035 cents but bought a little at .04 to make it look better. But the bid now is once again back to .03 cents .... and offered at .035 cents. It all makes sense what happened now.
