Water under the bridge but my answering machine recorded a message from CST Phoenix assuring me that my vote will be allowed. With all the he said she said going on maybe the entire vote will get challenged and thrown out. Bad news for shareholders as we would have to pick up the cost of another vote. Thinking out loud here, and having said that maybe a class action against the renegade BOD and FrontFour in the works.
