RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Tuscany International Drilling Inc. Announces Forbearance..The only thing I can think of is that the sale of the last 2 rigs are going toward operations which must have been discussed with CS and agreed upon, but must be rectified by Feb. 3, last kick at the cat as they say.  Any other thoughts?
