Great optimism and input (Pauly 10). "I am also quite optimistic".
"IMC" part of the Berkshire Hathaway group of companies controlled by Warren Buffett, has invested close to 12 Million dollars on this venture, which I believe has kept the South Korean workforce in the preparation for full scale production of the mine. ( Sang Bum Lee heading the workforce to return the mine into production hopefully before 2015)
With this type of investment, I do not believe that IMC is prepared to lose their stake in the Sangdong project, given the demand that IMC has for Tungsten to maintain their tool manufacture operations at full capacity and profitable as the high western labour force is cutting into their profit margins, and Korean's labour force is much cheaper. ( Further more the Chinese are cutting exports of Tungsten as they are using it on their infrastruction and in the building of their war machine.
We will find out soon, how long this fiasco will continue as the IMC Subscription Agreement Deadline is on February 26, 2014.( lets hope the big news will be here before the deadline) .
Perhaps we are in good hands with Ned Goodman and Warren Buffett both have visited South Korean and both suggested that South Korean will be the economic power zone, they always put their money where their mouth is, a very positive future vision on their part. (That is why they are Billionaires, lets hope they don't let us down this time).
If all goes well WOF could become TSX's # 1 stock of the year in the resource sector.
