RE:BANKRUPTCY YET?

Tough situation. No assetts so what does driving a stake through DL's heart accomplish. They are like the rest of us hoping for patent approval ( or some other unthinkable miracle ) and maybe seeing $.50c out of this. I agree they have their finger on the trigger if there is a tax advantage . They have probably already moved INT to the recycle bin and moved on. Sadly JMO
