RE:RE:RE:Re: Letter to shareholders Here we go again with the ASSuming eh bio/hot.?? Will you never learn that it just about always turns you into the first 3 letters of the word when you do this ?? You have been told this many times but just never sinks in.
You say the answer is simple. It is only " simple " for the " simple minded". When you make statements like these then it shows that " hot / bio " are one and the same. There cannot be two people this " simple minded".
So now let's examine things here with Miraculins. I agree that there is the possibility that Cachet had requested a rollback first before the deal would go through. But there are no facts to support this .and therefore it is just another "implication " by " hot / bio".
As far as another exchange ... " hot / bio " ... another " implication " ... once again " hot / bio " you need facts to support what you say in order to lend some credibility to your statements.
Let's look at what we do know.
1) Miraculins used to have sales for her products three quarters ago but in the last two quarters she has not had one penny of income from any of her products. Possibly things will have changed in this quarter but we will not know this until her quarterly financials come out this coming week. So far nothing has changed in this respect.
2) There is no " China deal " yet. We will also find out this coming week if the " China deal " goes through or not and most important is if MOM gets what she has requested in the deal ... the "future financing " clause. Without this clause then she will still have the " future financing problems down the road. With a tight share structure come Monday then it will be much easier to raise money at first but with her " burn rate " then she will once again become too diluted to raise more money down the road and will have to do another " rollback". Unless of course her quarterly financials show that her sales are picking up and thus able to finance her quarterly money requirements. But so far nothing has changed in that respect.
3) Normally a " rollback " is not a good thing for a stock especially if nothing has changed with the company. And Moreau himself said that nothing was changing in his last announcement. ( I will copy and paste it for you if you wish " hot " to help you understand better ). So this just goes to show that the only reason for the rollback is to make it easier to access financing money's and too bad for the shareholders that now only own 1/10 th the amount of shares.
4) So if nothing has changed then why would people buy on Monday at .40 cents when they ( including you " hot " ) would not buy at .04 cents yesterday ?? Something has to change with the company first or the same downward trend will continue. Mind you ( as I have mentioned previously ) sometimes after a rollback a stock will have a temporary uptick before resuming it's downward trend..... if nothing changes with the company that is.
So now " hot / bio " .... Once again let's see on Monday if you put your money where your mouth is and buy and support the stock or are you still just full of " Hot " air . Has anything changed with you ??
Next week should tell a lot in the way of Miraculins share price direction with the " China deal " and her quarterly financials due.
