RE:RE:RE:PO-TEN-TIALIMO the case is miniscule compared to the $100M in future cash flow.

Also I don't know if there's a judge in Manitoba Canada that will reverse a JV agreement with HudBay Minerals just because one shareholder believes he was unfairly compensated etc.
