Late Filing

Holy crrapp!!! Talk about filing late!!! Makes you wonder if there's not been some other buying or selling that has not been reported yet. Are there penalties for late filing. One would hope that our esteemed management has not been selling, but heck, who knows? Maybe they were and we'll see the report next year.
