it would seem that these new boys have what it takes to get er done assuming that there is a viable project in their hands. a new team with new ideas who HAVE  done it before, unlike the prev team.  some mgmt teams can do it all, others are good at assembling land packages, others at developing land packages etc . at this point i cant see myself buying anymore pem but thats just me although the clouds do appear to be lifting big time.
