It only makes sense that if these automakers are going to enter into the cloud game with their cars that they outsource this back room cloud service and automobile maintenance over the cloud solution to a company that is already providing them software for their cars.

Hence, why wouldn't QNX provide a whitelabel cloud offering to their clients, which of course, they could rebrand as their own.   The general public does not need to know that it is QNX running in the background.  Do you actually know who is mining the natural gas that you are using to heat your home?  No, but you do get a bill from your local gas company for gas usage.

Question is, will this cloud service also play nice with the QNX Car Platform II competitors like MS CE, google car and linux car.
