Why will the price increase when the PP closes?

It just doesn't happen. The closing of a PP is not something that generally increases a share price. I have invested in many companies and the simple closing of a PP very rarely causes the share price to increase.

As for the purpose of the PP, yes I can see doing it for the purpose of hiring empoyees and expanding the lab in France. That all makes sense. Just for doing it for US exporuse makes no sense.
