Infringement of the process

Infringement of the processI guess you can compare it to the wheel.  The patent holder of the wheel may have applied the wheel to a car, but then someone comes along and applies it to another form of transportation.  The wheel is the wheel,,,you cannot use the wheel without permission (over a protected period of time).

Hence, Novartis cannot use the process that MBX has patented on another substance/matter without permission.
