High time to get this puppy moving!!

I was hoping the P/P would have been finalized by now......It seems the s/p is stuck here until the closing of this deal.......The clock keeps ticking, and we have lots of activity to look forward to, from the WASP and AEX......Release the hounds......GLTA

Private Placement

Noka further announces that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement (the "PrivatePlacement") of up to 5,000,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.10 per Unit to raise gross proceeds of up to $500,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one transferable share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant shall be exercisable to acquire one additional common share of the Company (a "WarrantShare") for a period of two years at a price of $0.20 per Warrant Share.
