RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Today's news..The terms of the financing isn't viewed as the greatest but with shares offered @ .13 per the agreement I don't understand how the stock dropped 30% (low of .10 today). Also, the debentures mature on Dec 31, 2016 which means if all are subscribed, 4 million dollars worth of knowledge expect us to still be around in three years.
Am I missing something or is this the case with the most recent NR
