RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DNG: ILLEGAL ORE PURCHASES MINXPT:
The beauty about DNG is that they dont have to mine their own gold. Which is the flip side of their business; exploration. Sure you raise a point that they may be buying from a broker... But i doubt it.
The reasons why they buy their ore is based on their business, not the price point they are buying. If you were a producer of meat (one of the main companies) would you bother trying to raise livestock? Or would you buy off those who are the the livestock business? Exploration of their own lands is a costly maneuver, hense why they buy high-grade material off reliable sources. This reduces their risk (their main business model 'LOW RISK"). Their new drilling campaign is where they are putting their money into, eithor to sell as a whole or to mine themselves. Im leaning towards the latter. The fact that DNG owns mines is simply an asset adding monetary value to their company. Its only logical for a processing company to own potential mining terrain, maybe its a strategic plan to sell in the future to litterally force other mining companies to take the risk and than have their ore procesed by DNG.
Lets not get caught looking too far into things, when the proof is in the pudding. Seems like a good plan to me...
