as these are the riskiest buyers that banks wouldn't lend to.
fed bought them too quickly driving up asset prices and cost of living .
then consumer spending suffers as cost of living is too high.
most of the home sales went to the cash buyers and reits that just rented them out.
so the 99% saw none of the asset inflation gains.
