PPS IMO has been "caged"...some call it "boxed"...I am a bull on outlook for Transgaming...that is of record so when I say I believe along the lines that a secondary financing is in the works-consider its source as I also postulated early into my entry that somewhere down the road
in 1st half of 2014 I expected a found of financing in the secondaries.
I believe looking at corporate treasury at the level is posted-we are in the process of being underwritten by the lead financial managers on this thing-or a new one coming in at this stage. for a broker backed financing...possibly
bought deal but possibly not.
Strike will be .30 IMO-4mth hold-2yr warrants at .35 strike.
IMO 10-20million share offering...probably 10
And that is not heresy either....its the cost of doing business and being in business and with each round of financing even the principals give up a little bit of business..and there not going
to wait much longer to top things off...it will also allow professsional money added incentive
to the story.
WIth the story now at probably chapter 2 in a 12 story book-there is still lots of story ahead.
IMO from an investment perspective the TNG Book has Bestseller written all over it.
