RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:IMCIf we get another 5 mil from IMC, that would be 15 mil. owed and based on the original agreement of 25% stake for 35 mil for Sangdong, they would cross the 10% ownership. Achieving 10% all the while not being any closer to a producing mine when they were owed only 5 mil 2 years ago.
What's really going on here?
KZ was smart enough to have the buy-in clause to maintain 10%, but why would Dundee allow this? Why didn't they convert this last round all into shares?
