Yeah Curv, you are right... the structure of the settlment would be completely different from the Osisko takeover. Given Derrick's track record he can bring in the bacon with deals like Andina.. If you can remember, Andina was in a similar situation to TME in that it had cash flow concerns coming to fruition in the year prior to the takeover.. Not that TME is there yet, however we are bleeding chips. Andina was looking to issue more shares and dilute our positions. That was a year and a half ago before gold took a dive, so if anything the pickings are ripe for us because we are in the bargain bin.

That being said, clearly the lack of dialogue between GC and OSK is indicative of either tension or the realization that GC's eyes are bigger than their bellies at the moment. GC does have deep pockets but have tried to undercut the OSK shareholders numerous times over the past five years. What's that all about?? If they are looking to expand their foothold in Ontario/Quebec, perhaps the sure bet would be to start at the bottom with proven, consistent CHEAP bottomfeeders like TME... It could happen overnight for them if they want.

Regarding the numbers in my last statement, I was referring to the latest update on Jan 15th, not including the sattelite pits etc... A big jump in total oz and grade should they be included. No complaints here!
