IF ASCOT gets a permit and approval to extract aggregate before HBK does (and without having gone through 2 years of bogus hurdles such as this MDRC [for a frickin AGG PIT?!?!?!]), I would encourage every shareholder of HBK to join or form a class action lawsuit against the minestry citing a strong probability collusion between certain parties of concern AND if it can be proven after careful investigation and examination by a lawyer.

I have not searched for it but can anyone show me a case in BC history where an MDRC was required for an agg pit?  I mean, for Pete's sake, how completely ridiculous.

Now factor in the permitting delays over the last 18 months. Finally clear with the permit but won't be released until the MDRC meets in Feb where according to the news release - HBK "may" be on that day's itinerary.

If we are not addressed Feb 26, when shall we expect to be?  Then how long until we finally get the permit?

If we are not addressed Feb 26 2014 then I say something STINKS in Smithers. Something or someone is DIRTY and it should be addressed immediately!!!

In my view, Bennett has failed us but there is still time for his people to act and address our concerns.  It is my belief that HE should have had this conflict of interest resolved the day or two after it was brought to his attention.

As 4C's said recently, nothing left to do or say until that MDRC meeting date has passed and HBK gets some word.

I have had to deal with greedy & money hungry "grease my palm" type Governments in a few of my past investments. It was expected honestly, but here in Canada, to see (what I deem to be)  such thinly veiled attempts to thwart really positive and consructive business for ...personal vendetta? ...money? ...required "favour" to delay, ...WHAT?  I'm at a loss. Truly saddened to see that it can happen so openly here as well IF THAT IS TRULY what is happening.

HA!  ...again, MDRC for rocks?  we're are not heap leaching here? there are no chemicals exposed to the environment. So?  WHAT THE bleeing H3LL is it?  I can hardly wait to see what's gonna happen out of Smithers next.   Probably gonna be something wrong with the type if diesel fuel the machines run on or perhaps the wrong type of blasting explosives. No wait!!!  The planned latrine is stationed in the wrong area of the property. Thats it!  ENVIRO HAZARDS!

...One can only roll one's eyes, take a breath and walk away from the computer until the end of Feb is upon us.

Good luck to all of us longs, I feel we're gonna need it.

Sorry for the rant but I have become exceedingly impatient with this investment and for the record, I have no issues with HBK management. I think they have done a very good job keeping on top of what has been required of them from our Government.  Kudos to you guys!

best,

c
