RE:RE:According to Tom part 2

RE:RE:According to Tom part 2
Lostalot, you have every right to be skeptical, However, Tom is a busy man and i am a persistent caller with a long standing relationship with Tom. We have had several conversations over the years when i was first involved back in 2011, He answers the calls he chooses to answer and i wouldn't be surprised if Tom has been slightly under the gun over the years and therefore is not likely to reply to shareholders calls if he thinks he's going to be yelled at!!  Baja has NO debt because baja's debt was taken over by Kores when they took 90% of our stake. Baja has retained earnings or shareholder deficit of 400 plus million but that money owed to shareholders not banks. Kores has put up all the Phase 2 financing. Baja put up the initial 800 or so million for thier 70%, which over half was raised through share capital the rest was borrowed. However, as they gave up 60 points of thier original 70 they also transferred  thier debt to Kores. Tom is not a liar and nor am i. I repeat Baja has no debt! Thanks. Jethro
