RE:RE:RE:RE:According to Tom part 2 lostalot, this will be my last post concerning this issue in order to avoid any further misunderstandings. Tom, as you know, is the CEO of Baja mining. Again, i repeat, Tom said Baja has no debt, therefore Baja has no debt. Tom has never mislead me or anyone else for that matter. Baja would not owe 70% of debt in a 10% ownership scenario that is ludicrous. They would owe 10% or rough 170 million. please refer to the article i posted so you can see where that initial capital came from. As the years and months have gone by the terms of debt and financing have drastically changed. The original debt financing agreement that MMB made with its lenders is long gone and Kores has taken over 90 percent of the total debt. The 2014 Q1 filings will show this. The 2013 Q3 show short term debt only. Thanks. Jethro
