I have more stock in the company than the bottom two institutional holders (around 330k), does that make me an institution or someone who ought to be institutionalized?

One thing is certain, if this stock crawls up out of the sewer and the mine gets going, I'm going to be a great deal happier with this investment than I am now, despite my relatively low cost average.

Has anyone ever taken count on how many shares are represented by the folks on this board and if together we can have ANY kind of influence when it comes to voting events?  Seems to me if a low balance holder like me has a third of a million shares then the total for the board must be fairly impressive.
