RE:I would like to be positive.......There is no reason to think Dynacor has been purchasing illegal ore, and DNG is probably one of the only purchasers that complies with gov't regs. So DNG is really the last company the gov't will bother. Remember that it's one of the only processors actually following the law, and has been doing this for a long time. Mgt has seen this type of thing happen in the past, and as others have already mentioned, the purchases have been stopped before.
There really is no cause for alarm at this point.
The reason DNG has been waiting so long for the new permit is the same reason DNG stopped purchasing: the gov't crackdown on illegal mining. Now that the new regs are in place and DNG is compliant, IMO the new permit will be issued very soon.
I hope shares go lower, but not holding my breath. Buying now b/c good news is on the way, and that'll send the SP back above $2.
