Bayhorse Silver agreement to sell Archean Star shares

Yes they got the money in there accounts and also the monies raised thru the Private Placement so over $1 million dollars...I would expect an announcement for the Spinout free shares next week.  Anyone holding or buying now will be part of the Spinout free shares. So expect the share price to go up dramatically over next week or so.

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted documentation in connection with a letter agreement between Bayhorse Silver Inc. and Starbuck Group Pty. Ltd. dated Jan. 23, 2014. Under the agreement, Bayhorse has agreed to sell 9,981,413 common shares in the capital of Archean Star Resources Inc. to Starbuck for cash consideration of $748,606 in a private off-market trade.
