times changingI have been watching this company lately and now I have heard that they have started clearing out some of the deadwood managers in the west that have been around way too long. Its way overdue to clear out these old goats that have been dragging down the profitability of this company. Apparently they have started cleaning this deadwood in the drainage division which needed to happen. I think they have waited too long to make any considerable difference this yaer.
