Whispers from the weekend show

Whispers from the weekend showI am hearing a few whispers from a show attendees. Some highlights (and anyone who went please do reply to correct anything my source may have misunderstood):

1. Show was very well attended. The main ball room events were standing room only.

2. BGM session was very poorly attended. IR people almost out numbered the attendees. Apparently Frank didn't go but he sent a director instead.

3. Forecast is 25,000 ounces of productiona at $900 per ounce for 2014 with the mill starting up in roughly 8 weeks modulo delays as a result of spring break-uo.  The $900 per ounce cost was NOT all-in since development costs were explicitly excluded.

4. Could fund futher development from cash flow but development timelines could be advanced if the company raised money.  Question on asked and unanswered is at what price, how many shares and when.

5. Talk of applications being made to expand the current 75k tonne mining limit.  Timeline unclear.

6. Director told a great story about Eric Sprott's visit to the Caribou. Apparently Eric and his wife were being driven around and the drive told a story about being able to grab samples anywhere in the area where they were and find traces of gold. Eric called the drive on this and said, ok, stop and grab a sample here. Well the drive did as Eric asked, stopped, took a sample, put in a bag and gave it to Eric. Eric apparently hung on that sample like an NFL fullback until they past a stream at which time the driver panned the sample and show Eric the gold flecks at the bottom of the pan. The drive then, much to Sprott's surprise and astonishment, tossed the pan contents into the stream. Sprott looked shocked and said "what are you doing... thats gold'... to which the driver replied, well any sample you grab in this area is going to show gold...

Is this a true account of this weekend's show? Can't say but perhaps a few posters here can weigh in with corrections. I am pretty certain that at least a few of the aliases posting here were in attendence....
