RE:MonzieYeah, but nothing will happen because the regulators only act on complaints and investors pretty well have to drag the company to court themseves and then use the media to shame the regulator into doing their jobs.

its a stacked deck in favour of the stock pimps and the best solution is to only invest in companies with good governance.  Ill get my loot back eventually but the opportunity cost and soap opera outweigh the entertainment value of watching the clowncar trying to find the circus.
