It's tough, but we need to keep our heads cool
Like everybody else, I don't like this news. I would have prefered to see a return to normal activities, increased cash flow, UT up, etc.
But it's nothing of that sort, It's chapter 11. And I think that we should find some comfort in the fact that it is chapter 11 and NOT chapter 7, which would mean the end; liquidation of assets.
Many companies have emerged from chapter 11 to be very successful. TID needs to keep reorganizing and cleaning up the balance, and it will. Many positive market developments are going in favor of TID and I believe that we should bank on that as we wait for our shares to regain their value... after chapter 11. This turn of event is a huge wake-up call for manegement which still has a big chunk of interest in the company. I assume that management will fight for this company and their own shares.
Let's hope for the best and wait for more details. I'm still very surprised that we still don't see the NR on tuscany's website. The next conference call is going to be extraordinarily interesting.
