Is there more than chapter 11 ?

Is there more than chapter 11 ?Still no NR on Sunday night, almost 8 hours after TID filed for chapter 11. Could it be that there is more to announce than chapter 11: like disposal of assets, new contracts, anything to calm down jittery shareholders ? Would they announce a bad news (chapter 11) and also something to hope for ?
