I am gob-smacked that no update has been forthcoming from Vanoil this morning. They need to get their backsides into gear IMO and start telling their investors and the rest of the world what is going on.

The only saving grace for me at the moment is that James Passin is a smart cookie and owns/controls well over 40% of the stock, so I assume he is taking a close interest in what is going on. At the end of the day he stands to lose the most both by cash and reputaion in that he will have the somewhat awkward task of having to explain to Firebird investors why he's lost a large chunk of change for them.
