Sofame Receives Order to Design Heat Recovery System

MONTREAL, Feb. 3, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Sofame Technologies Inc. (TSXV:SDW) (OTC:SFMGF) has received an order from a major energy services company (ESCO) to design a flue gas heat recovery system for a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. The design-build project is expected to reduce energy and water consumption through the installation of state-of-the-art technology at the facility's cogen plant. The design phase of the project has started, and once the build phase of the project is completed in 2014, the flue gas heat recovery system is expected to save more than half a million dollars per year in fuel costs, reduce CO2 emission by over 4,000 tons annually, and produce over 4 million gallons of water through condensation.
