Headed for sub $3

Headed for sub $3
Looks like we're headed below $3. If WIN closes below this level, it will be almost 4 yrs since it was last there. Can't see anything on the horizon to curb this slide other than something coming from the strategic review which is unlikely as I believe management is using the review as a stall tactic for what I don't know.
