RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:If frank is wisegoldhunter11. Worth re-mentioning: Just like Frank Smeenk has a Glencore relationship which started with Xstrata re ROF Chromite Ore PyroMet Reduction Furnace Expertise & now no-doubt some subsequent PGM/PGE HydroMet recovery Expertise; Stephen Harper has a Glencore relationship which started with Xstrata's Noranda & Falconbridge complex Custom Treatment Contracting Terms & Conditions & all aspects of Custom Treatment Economics, Financials & Maximizing Net-Backs to Canada. Harper will be deeply involved in the proposed Sudbury, etc Glencore Vale Merger & who best should be Canada's CEO & CFO. Xstrata (now Glencore) is the Canadian Entity owning 49% of the new Koniambo New Caledonia Mega Ni Fe Co Project in the North of NC which Glencore said before the Xstrata merger, they might divest. Vale & Partners have a new Mega Ni Co New Caledonia Mine & HydroMet Plant in the South of NC which has been a major challenge, even though it's state-of-the-art modern.
