RE:Newspaper articlesAgree with you Fischlaender and I would say that such personal and sensitve documents could only have been leaked from the Kenyan Ministry of Energy. Not that I'm a suspicious person where it comes to African politics, but if you knew that the licences were now to be renewed; with the SP at 8.5c after this leak, now of course would be the perfect time for someone in the know to load up for a very quick and tidy profit. 

Interestingly enough I see from his resume that our Chief Geologist Mr Karanja used to work for the Kenyan Ministy of Energy at one point.
