I agree with you that there are many suffering investors who I believe were misled to the point that they invested much more than they could afford in a technology that was not nearly as advanced as management would have them believe. However, it is in the interests of government is to encourage and promote new businesses and technologies within its jurisdiction through R&D grants. Of course the government must investigate and do its DD in order to determine that the investment is appropriate. A little while back the Quebec government stated that they would participate once Orbite secured sufficient  funding partners which of course would pay for the bulk of expenses necessary to complete the commissioning. Government steps in when they see others taking risks far greater than themselves. I believe Glen Kelly has met the criteria and we will soon see an announcement of Quebec government participation in the coming weeks. GLTA
