WHY???

WHY???is there no news of this default on the TSX Venture exchange AND why was the stock not halted????This is VERY material news to CKB...also to add to the confusion...insiders were still buying as of Friday!! If anyone contacts either CKB or Rockstar maybe they can post something here.
