Its land portfolio in Wyoming includes 12 projects. 10 of these projects are in the Great Divide Basin (GDB), Wyoming, including its flagship project, Lost Creek Project. It controls nearly 1,800 unpatented mining claims and three State of Wyoming mineral leases for a total of approximately 35,400 acres at its Lost Creek Property, including the Lost Creek permit area and certain adjoining projects which it refers to as LC East, LC West, LC North, LC South and EN project areas (collectively, with the Lost Creek Project, the Lost Creek Property). Its Wyoming properties together total approximately 48,000 acres and include its Shirley Basin Project.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:I can see As I've said before, I don't see URE as a takeover target. CCO would take a run at URZ first due to their land position (which is my only good explanation for why the URZ SP is so overvalued relative to URE). Any takeover offer for URZ would be a boost to URE's SP too, however, as that would put us in line for the next offer. 

Anyway, if we did attract a buyout offer, I'd expect it to be around $2 right now. This would be a crying shame and would not get my vote. I would take $3 right now as that is fair for today's market. If uranium spot starts to move, obviously that number would move up rapidly. $5 is within reason if the analysts are right about the uranium spot price.
