Rockstar`s initial bid..

Rockstar`s initial bid..was approx.$20 Million for Grassy Mountain.Obviously that was a low ball number.Now with the selloff CKB is valued at under $6 Million.Do the math..even at $20 Million it was a steal so what are we at $6 Million?????Something isn`t adding up here!
