Where did you come up with an EBIT like that? Their total annual revenue for 2011 was $34.4 million with an EBIT of $376,000. So are you saying without this 12 year old ongoing government contract that their revenue would have been $31.6 million with an EBIT of ($1.324 million)? Are you sure of that? It would mean IDC's livelihood hangs on one Government contract that represents only 8% of there revenue and the remaining 92% of the business operates at a monstrous loss?

That is kind of a stretch IMHO. Things could be better, but North American technology is fairing quite well. Are you sure this 28 year old "Winter" that IDC has been experiencing is not their own icebox that they locked themselves into...and then lost the key?
