ARTHA REPORTS RESULTS OF AGM VOTING

Artha Resources Corp. has released the results of voting at its annual general meeting of shareholders held on Jan. 13, 2014, in Vancouver, Canada.

Shareholders voted in favour of all items put forward by the board of directors and management. All four individuals nominated for the board of directors, W. Todd McMurray, Charles Straw, Stephen Pearce and Christine Thomson, were elected. In addition, shareholders approved the reappointment of DeVisser Gray as auditor and the company's stock option plan.
