New to the Board

New to the BoardJust in on this today.  Appears the last few months have been very painful to hold this between the dividend cut, proxy battle etc.  I am a former NVS holder and this has many of its characteristics (good properties, very positive cashflows).  The latest press release looks like the caretakers are putting out a zero cashflow budget so as to keep it in a holding pattern.  In the meantime, the reduced dividend looks safe so we can afford to be patient.

i can see some short term downside for speculators if a full-time management team is put in place as they are hoping for a take out.

Lively bunch here.
