RE:RE:New to the BoardI always approach these small caps with what can go wrong.  I went in on this because most of the risks have been removed but I have seen it where the majority of holders are hoping for a take out but the Company cannot monetize itself at an appropriate price.  The Company then decides to go it as a free-standing entity which takes longer for shareholders to appreciate (especially after a bad run) and also may lose the speculators looking for a quicker buck.  That said, hope you are right.
