You are absolutely right, the decline in price as a result of the secondary by Advantage is completely unrelated to the fundamentals of the company or the improved energy prices environment. I believe 2014 will prove to be a true breakout year of the company as a result of finally having a dedicated management team and staff, the removal of the Advantage overhang and strong energy prices, by any measure LNV is a screaming buy at current levels.
 
I also very much like the fact that the management and the board can’t hide behind “big brother” anymore. Should they fail to perform, shareholders can take a number of measures to make sure that shareholders value will be preserved and unlocked.
 
Either way Longview will trade much higher going forward.
