Its Rest of World segment is primarily comprised of China, Europe, and India. The North America segment serves residential and commercial end markets with a range of products, including water heaters, boilers, water treatment products, and other. The Company also manufactures expansion tanks, commercial solar water heating systems, swimming pool and spa heaters, related products and parts. Its Lochinvar brand is a residential and commercial boiler brand in the United States. Its water softener branded products and problem well water solutions include the Hague, Impact Water, Water-Right, Master Water, Atlantic Filter and Water Tec brands.

Why can't I be on this board? You don't like it cause what I said may not be what you want to hear, but if you take a step back, what I mentioned is a valid assumption based on the condition of this company and the chart.

Yeah I don't own shares as of yet, because I'm waiting to buy shares when timing is right! It's a quick entry and exit game. I dare say, majority of shareholders will employ this tactic, including yourself, as it is not wise to hold onto a shell company!
