Does this company have a functioning BOD?

Does this company have a functioning BOD?"Barry", the chief executive of what used to be proud company, is obviously not up to the job.

i've owned shares in this company close to ten years, and the last 2-3 have been a real nightmare for stockholders.

A year or so ago he went back on his promise to hold the dividend steady til 2016; that was the first leg down.

Now it's obvious to the market that his expansion plans over the last several years were NOT accretive to earnings as promised, but will not even service the debt.

He has destroyed shareholder value with reckless decisions. It's imperative that the CEO should be sacked and either new competent management be found immediately, or what's left of the company be put on the selling block.

The BOD has a fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders. Do your duty NOW.
