David, all kidding aside, it simply means that Stans, in their wisdom  now that they have their day in court and obviously have the upper hand, is keeping the pressure on the Krygy's Government until the deal is signed sealed and delivered.
Stans knows first hand if they let this opportunity slip away, the Krygy's, will, without a doubt, give us all another complete run around.
 I may be premature with this prediction but I'm sure sure that the deal will include a high dollar reimbursement and return of the license agreement.
