RE:who?Yup they forfeit there Spinco shares...Record is on Feb 10th. Who knows there are a lot of individuals who have no idea what a spinout is or how it works or they just don't follow the news...there loss.

I hear a lot of news will be coming out starting next week so this stock should head north of .20 in next few weeks.
