magic; Yes, it is Sarqala-Hasira that is being talked about. S-1 is not yet 'commercial' as it has just been on an extended well test to date. To export Garmian production the KRG now require that you have declared field commerciality. I suspect that this will follow for S-H when H-1 is fully tested.
